As soon as I discovered the new update for the Teensy Audio Library I decided to put it to some use. I had a couple of guitar pedal parts around and a nice little OLED display from ebay.
I stacked the Teensy Audio Adaptor below my own Teensy Synth control board. and squeezed them into the stomp box case. On the front panel there is a power switch, a button that cycles through parameter pages, and two parameter potentiometers.
On the DSP part there are two delays followed by two filters and a feedback loop, pretty much like shown below.
Aw, this was a very nice post, detail and useful. I like the wire pic you post. I just clear my mind a lot. I will try to DIY one according to ur pic and wish me luck. 🙂
That is awesome! Nice work. I’ve been playing around with the Teensy Audio adapter and I’m really impressed. One question – how are you interfacing the OLED to the Teensy? I picked up what looks to be the exact model that you’re using and I’m having some trouble. Are you using one of the standard libraries like the U8glib or the Adafruit version? Thanks!
How did you implement the DSP?
Can you please post the code for this project? Or something generic and close to it? Like the person who asked a little over a year ago, I bought that exact display because of your website here. If you could please answer, that would be awesome. Thanks.
