The new hardware controls are focused on the <a href=\"http:\/\/digitalwarrior.co\/docs\/alternative-sequencer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stand alone sequencer firmware<\/a>, turning the MIDI controller into an full blown 4 track monophonic MIDI synth sequencer.\u00a0The new expansion board adds a small 7segment display and 3 buttons that help in the programming of patterns and simplify switching between tracks and patterns. But the same firmware can be used with any Digital Warrior MK2.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GL2sVTk4Khw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each of the four individual tracks has a root note and transpose settings, can be configured to send to an individual MIDI channel, can have a different length (2 to 32 steps), step duration (1\/16, 1\/8, 1\/4 and 2\/4 notes) and direction (forward, reverse, ping pong and random), also there are 12 scales to choose from.
